Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Chacho's Rigoberto Kemen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Salvador Perrando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Harri in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th minute Ramon Eudoxio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Perrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, Teo Harri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Salvador Perrando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Felix Checa struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Gilberto Veremundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.I. Primitivo Gutierrez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Gilberto Veremundo made a huge save. Salvador Perrando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Harri in the 15th minute of the match. The supporters of C.A.I booed when Chacho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Cayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Atilano Sendoa from long distance, 17 minutes into the match, got Gilberto Veremundo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 19 minutes into the match, Primitivo Gutierrez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gilberto Veremundo. Chacho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Primitivo Gutierrez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 23rd minute, Carolo Clis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salvador Perrando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Harri in the 29th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.I's zone, Teo Harri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Perrando came out of the goal and Teo Harri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C.A.I's Salvador Perrando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Eudoxio in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Teo Harri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Salvador Perrando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41stth minute of the game Primitivo Gutierrez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chacho's Gilberto Veremundo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.I's zone, Ramon Eudoxio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Perrando came out of the goal and Ramon Eudoxio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Harri in the 48th minute of play forced C.A.I's goalkeeper Salvador Perrando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Primitivo Gutierrez was the one to do the kick off. After recieving a nice pass, Chacho's Celestino Joey tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 59 played minutes C.A.I got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Tiniebra. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Osvaldo Satordi put in a rough tackle. In the 61st minute, one of C.A.I:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C.A.I. In the 63rd minute, Teo Harri made a precise shot to the right of Salvador Perrando. C.A.I's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 67 minutes into the match, C.A.I's goal looked a bit too open when Teo Harri came free, but Salvador Perrando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Iraitz in the 69th minute of play forced C.A.I's goalkeeper Salvador Perrando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute Teo Harri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Perrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.A.I's Salvador Perrando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teo Harri in the 75th minute of play. Gilberto Veremundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Quentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After a rather tough play, Chacho's Teo Harri got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 80 minutes, Justo Restu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A.I and the Chacho players grew even worse after the yellow card. Justo Restu hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. C.A.I's Salvador Perrando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Eudoxio in the 82nd minute of play. Felix Checa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Salvador Perrando didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teo Harri went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Felix Checa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Gilberto Veremundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 98 minutes into the game, Teo Harri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chacho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.I the free kick. Teo Harri kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. Chacho played a much better game than C.A.I and deserved their victory. The C.A.I players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
