In the 19th minute Carmelo Iyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Ishmael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Sergio Honrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabricio Polentzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Ishmael having to interfere. Israel Chus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Laurin having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Leonardo Fonso made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miguel Jayvier during the 53rd minute. Siro Laurin came out of the goal and Leonardo Fonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miguel Jayvier took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Siro Laurin. Porvenir Talleres's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Leonardo Fonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arroyito AFC's Israel Chus got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabricio Polentzi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Aquilino Ishmael skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Porvenir Talleres fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Porvenir Talleres's Fabricio Polentzi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
