The crowd rose to their feet as Alfonso Acevedo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Amadeo Ulizes. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Santiago Licerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernan Bikendi having to interfere. In the 13th minute Anibal Naelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Ulizes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, El Chanchu FC's Samuel Cordaro got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th match minute, Avatares Und. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Torres to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Amadeo Ulizes managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when El Chanchu FC's Samuel Cordaro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Amadeo Ulizes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Naelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amadeo Ulizes made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Samuel Cordaro sent off a good shot on target. If Santiago Licerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Samuel Cordaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Chanchu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Cordaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeo Ulizes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 54th minute Samuel Cordaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Ulizes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Chanchu FC's Anibal Naelio managed to work through Avatares Und.'s defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Anibal Naelio dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 66th minute, Samuel Cordaro made a precise shot to the right of Amadeo Ulizes. Avatares Und.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 71 minutes into the match, Avatares Und.'s goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Naelio came free, but Amadeo Ulizes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel Cordaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amadeo Ulizes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Samuel Cordaro ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Anibal Naelio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amadeo Ulizes was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Anibal Naelio put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Amadeo Ulizes. Amadeo Ulizes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Cordaro in the 78th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Anibal Naelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Ulizes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Naelio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeo Ulizes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anibal Naelio in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amadeo Ulizes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Anibal Naelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amadeo Ulizes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anibal Naelio's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the El Chanchu FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
