But to his dismay, Gilberto Meder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Black Helmet's Yahya Semih suffered a sore foot after 29 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 29 minutes, Leopoldo Ferrando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vivoenlavilla and the Black Helmet players grew even worse after the yellow card. Black Helmet's Samuel Lidon was substituted for Yahya Semih. In the 30th match minute, Vivoenlavilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Ferrando to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Gilberto Meder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teofilo Nesto was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Teofilo Nesto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amador Sarracino's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilberto Meder in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teofilo Nesto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leopoldo Ferrando did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Apolo Berasko 92 minutes into the match. Faustino Artaldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
