Marco Garoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Bernad in the 9th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Lapucha's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Bernad came free, but Marco Garoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ambrosio Eate kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. David Urtsua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 38 minutes of play, Descanso Verde's David Urtsua made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Garoa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luis Viator charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luis Viator the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luis Viator hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Ambrosio Eate notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Lapucha's Marco Garoa. Marco Garoa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Rafe during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lapucha's Simon Rafe got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half Descanso Verde were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Urtsua to make the kick off. Descanso Verde's Ladislao Illart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 李耀政 in the 54th minute of play. David Urtsua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Marco Garoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Garoa made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Urtsua in the 57th minute. Marco Garoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Urtsua's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. 李耀政 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marco Garoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Urtsua in the 80th minute of the match. When Luis Viator was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 81 minutes had been played. In the 81st match minute, Lapucha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Viator to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Descanso Verde booed when Lapucha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simon Rafe kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. David Urtsua's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Garoa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. David Urtsua could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Marco Garoa made a huge save. Descanso Verde's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
