Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Nafarroa kicked off to start the match. Plátanos's Albano Cordarryl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adhemar Lima in the 10th minute of play. Albano Cordarryl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adhemar Lima in the 11th minute of the match. Albano Cordarryl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adhemar Lima's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Albano Cordarryl came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by La Garra Charrua's Honorio Haitz. But to his dismay, Honorio Haitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Albano Cordarryl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adhemar Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sixto Mino fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Plátanos's protests and gave Sixto Mino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, Sixto Mino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 28 minutes, Joel Nafarroa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plátanos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Nafarroa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Albano Cordarryl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Haitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute Adhemar Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Cordarryl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severino Elixio kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Plátanos's Patricio Fanuco got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 40thth minute of the game Adhemar Lima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Plátanos's Albano Cordarryl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Severino Elixio hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Honorio Haitz hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Honorio Haitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albano Cordarryl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Honorio Haitz made the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Plátanos got a freekick which was hit by Severino Elixio. If Joel Nafarroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, La Garra Charrua's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Nafarroa came free, but Jeremias Piorno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, one of Plátanos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Plátanos. The score was 0-3 after a penalty in the 66th minute, where La Garra Charrua:s Honorio Haitz tricked Plátanos:s Albano Cordarryl with a difficult ball by the left post. If Adhemar Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Haitz in the 71st minute of play forced Plátanos's goalkeeper Albano Cordarryl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adhemar Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Albano Cordarryl made a huge save. After a rather tough play, La Garra Charrua's Godfredo Soin got a free kick in the 77th minute. Albano Cordarryl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adhemar Lima in the 83rd minute. 87 minutes into the match, Plátanos's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Haitz came free, but Albano Cordarryl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Godfredo Soin made in the 89th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Honorio Haitz. When Honorio Haitz came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the La Garra Charrua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorio Haitz couldn't finish the play. Albano Cordarryl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Haitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
