In the 65th minute Rogelio Matteo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Nesor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingo Muc blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hipolito Nesor having to make a save. Rogelio Matteo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Nesor having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Matteo in the 94th minute of play forced Arsenal FC de Avellaneda's goalkeeper Hipolito Nesor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 94 minutes of play Arsenal FC de Avellaneda's Fulgencio Jenaro was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 95th minute, Fulgencio Jenaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
