The supporters of SC Galaxy booed when Los Fierro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Dacio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute Leon Balesio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Santxol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victoriano Santxol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Mateus in the 24th minute of play. After 25 minutes, Ovidio Mateus made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Los Fierro FC's Victoriano Santxol tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 29 minutes into the game, Leon Balesio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st match minute, Los Fierro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Egoi to maneuver through the defense. Victoriano Santxol made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Leon Balesio sent off a good shot on target. Benjamin Farias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Ovidio Mateus reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Victoriano Santxol. The goal made the score 0-3. In the 76th minute of the match, Leon Balesio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Victoriano Santxol was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Leon Balesio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Los Fierro FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Leon Balesio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 87th minute, Severo Egoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leon Balesio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Santxol having to interfere. SC Galaxy played a much better game than Los Fierro FC and deserved their victory. The Los Fierro FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
