Jimeno Dominix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Evis having to interfere. When Vértigo FC's Segundo Ursino in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manu y Diego's goalie prevented a goal. Mauro Bihar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Melchor Lucado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Evis having to interfere. Jimeno Dominix charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimeno Dominix the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Manu y Diego getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Jimeno Dominix hit a great ball. Horacio Ascencio hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Segundo Ursino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vértigo FC were furious when Erasmo Sotil was red carded, 31 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 30th minute, one of Vértigo FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vértigo FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Froilan Txatxu in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Evis saved Vértigo FC from getting behind. Manu y Diego's Bernardo Ortle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Manu y Diego from getting a goal against them. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Melchor Lucado was the one to do the kick off. Bernardo Ortle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Bihar in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Manu y Diego getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Damian Chus hit a great ball. After 57 played minutes Manu y Diego got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Ascencio. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melchor Lucado got free with Gustavo Evis in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mauro Bihar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Ortle having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Mauro Bihar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vértigo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Bihar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardo Ortle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mauro Bihar struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Bernardo Ortle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vértigo FC. After 76 played minutes Manu y Diego got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Peruanton. Bernardo Ortle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Bihar in the 79th minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Melchor Lucado lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Gustavo Evis. Gustavo Evis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Dominix, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Jimeno Dominix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Evis having to interfere. Manu y Diego's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
