In the 35th minute, Jacinto Oihan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Fieros del Oeste fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 39 minutes, Erubiel Perutxo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Fieros del Oeste and the U.N.A.F players grew even worse after the yellow card.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severino Edorta to make the kick off. Jacinto Oihan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Jacinto Leguizamón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melchor Christobal kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Marcelino Cordarrel kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Jacinto Leguizamón was a little too slow when Jacinto Oihan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 1-4. When Carmelo Socorro fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored U.N.A.F's protests and gave Carmelo Socorro a yellow card for diving instead. Carmelo Socorro kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th match minute, U.N.A.F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmelo Socorro to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Jacinto Oihan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacinto Leguizamón was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Alfonso Garoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Leguizamón having to interfere. The supporters of Los Fieros del Oeste booed when U.N.A.F was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Guillen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in U.N.A.F's zone, Jacinto Oihan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Leguizamón came out of the goal and Jacinto Oihan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Los Fieros del Oeste's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
