Spectators: 7034 (Terracing: 5323, Seating: 1631, VIP seats: 80) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Virgilio Carlomagno started the match with the kick off. Christian Lopes came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by El Nacional AFC's Eloy Sadurni. But to his dismay, Eloy Sadurni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Eloy Sadurni might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christian Lopes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eloy Sadurni ran back to his position shaking his head. Eloy Sadurni took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christian Lopes. Christian Lopes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Niedo FC's Christian Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Abeitia in the 17th minute of play. Virgilio Carlomagno's late challenge caught a El Nacional AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Virgilio Carlomagno helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Niedo FC's Virgilio Carlomagno got a free kick in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Niedo FC's zone, Arturo Abeitia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Lopes came out of the goal and Arturo Abeitia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ismael Ur's late challenge caught a Niedo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ismael Ur helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th minute, Ismael Ur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Silvio Bernebe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Niedo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Bernebe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salvador Baudelio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virgilio Carlomagno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Baudelio having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvio Bernebe during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th match minute, Niedo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Bernebe to maneuver through the defense. Christian Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Sadurni in the 40th minute of play. Eloy Sadurni struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Christian Lopes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Nacional AFC. Jorge Ascencio charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Ascencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Jorge Ascencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half El Nacional AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eloy Sadurni was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Silvio Bernebe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Niedo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvio Bernebe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Niedo FC's Honorato Guter got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute of the match, Arturo Abeitia got a very nice opportunity to score, but Christian Lopes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Silvio Bernebe kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Niedo FC's Christian Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Sadurni in the 62nd minute of play. Eloy Sadurni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Christian Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Niedo FC's goalkeeper Christian Lopes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 77th minute Eloy Sadurni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Eloy Sadurni reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christian Lopes. The goal made the score 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Niedo FC's zone, Eloy Sadurni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Lopes came out of the goal and Eloy Sadurni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Christian Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Sadurni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Lopes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eloy Sadurni showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 90 minute of play. El Nacional AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
