When Aquilino Sengrat fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lacarra's protests and gave Aquilino Sengrat a yellow card for diving instead. Aquilino Sengrat kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th minute, Victoriano Frechoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Victoriano Frechoso fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ATLÉTICO CASTAÑEDA's protests and gave Victoriano Frechoso a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rene Pitin in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Javier Sol saved ATLÉTICO CASTAÑEDA from getting behind. If Zacarias Pagomari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th match minute, ATLÉTICO CASTAÑEDA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Miro to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind ATLÉTICO CASTAÑEDA's goalkeeper Javier Sol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Rene Pitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Rene Pitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Sol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rene Pitin in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Javier Sol saved ATLÉTICO CASTAÑEDA from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rene Pitin in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Javier Sol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 29 played minutes Lacarra got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Sengrat. In the 30th minute of the match Victoriano Frechoso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavio Urtun skillfully saved the ball. Adolfo Miro's late challenge caught a Lacarra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adolfo Miro helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, ATLÉTICO CASTAÑEDA's Adolfo Miro got a free kick in the 31st minute. Javier Sol came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Lacarra's Rene Pitin. But to his dismay, Rene Pitin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 39 minutes into the game, ATLÉTICO CASTAÑEDA's Adolfo Miro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavio Urtun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Rene Pitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Flavio Urtun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Darien in the 46th minute of play. Lacarra's Rene Pitin got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

With a little luck, ATLÉTICO CASTAÑEDA's Javier Sol got control of the ball when Cipriano Cuarto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rene Pitin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Javier Sol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Rene Pitin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Adolfo Oidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 65th minute, Zacarias Pagomari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the game, Alfredo Quintyn cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Flavio Urtun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With his leg Javier Sol managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Lacarra's Rene Pitin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lacarra's Flavio Urtun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Darien in the 74th minute of play. When Dante Restu fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ATLÉTICO CASTAÑEDA's protests and gave Dante Restu a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 78 minutes, Rene Pitin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lacarra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Pitin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavio Urtun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Restu in the 80th minute of the match. Cipriano Cuarto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Javier Sol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romeo Seguinus kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Rene Pitins short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Javier Sol to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Javier Sol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rene Pitin's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute, Aquilino Sengrat left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lacarra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After 91 played minutes ATLÉTICO CASTAÑEDA got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Quintyn.
