Daniel Afloroaiei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Flavio Vittori made a huge save. When Daniel Afloroaiei, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 9 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Flavio Vittori was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Flying Hellfish's goal looked a bit too open when Siricio Liotta came free, but Kazimierz Wielkopolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Miels in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavio Vittori prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 16 in the game by Karl-Oskar Lund from a close distance when the talented Flavio Vittori managed to make a qualified save. Italy's players were relieved. If Zaccheo Andolina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute Michael Miels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The wind increased when Zaccheo Andolina made the kick off in the second half. Kazimierz Wielkopolski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Porziano Marchitelli went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score.
