Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hernan Hever, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Erubiel Raulo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Hever having to interfere. Haroldo Afonso kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Gualterio Weather hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 18 played minutes Recalde got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Afonso. 21 minutes into the game, Haroldo Afonso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Isaias Cruz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Isaias Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Afonso in the 27th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Astor Fero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Recalde's supporters rose to their feet, but Astor Fero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaias Cruz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erubiel Raulo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diego Celipe kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. La Luna FC's Isaias Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Afonso in the 39th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Recalde's zone, Erubiel Raulo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernan Hever came out of the goal and Erubiel Raulo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erubiel Raulo to strike the kick off in the second half. Angel Cordeal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Recalde getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Anselmo Ekialde hit a great ball. In the 53rdth minute of the game Erubiel Raulo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Recalde's Hernan Hever was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Recalde's Gualterio Weather slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Isaias Cruz. That made the score 1-3 after 56 minutes of play. If Gualterio Weather had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Recalde getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Diego Celipe hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the game, Gualterio Ordono threw the ball into play from the sideline. Recalde's Gualterio Weather quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 76 played minutes La Luna FC got a freekick which was hit by Martin Venceslas. In the 77th minute, Haroldo Afonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hernan Hever made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Raulo in the 79th minute of play. In the 83rd minute Erubiel Raulo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Hever saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Erubiel Raulo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see La Luna FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
