Décio Torres was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Angeles Galaxy's players had a chance to rest. In the 15th minute Los Angeles Galaxy were awarded a corner. Décio Torres went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Décio Torres got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leopoldo Valery quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Leopoldo Valery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Egun, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Décio Torres who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Leopoldo Valery when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Décio Torres got free with Leopoldo Valery in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes into the game, Los Angeles Galaxy's Décio Torres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leopoldo Valery made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Leopoldo Valery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukasz Petka in the 24th minute of the match. Zacarias Quilo hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Venancio Dayam kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The referee ignored Los Camboyanos's protests and gave Hernan Policarpio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Los Angeles Galaxy booed when Los Camboyanos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Policarpio didn't get a good kick on the ball. A very good chance for a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Décio Torres to make the kick off. Zacarias Quilo kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Leopoldo Valery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Décio Torres in the 55th minute of the match. Leopoldo Valery was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Los Camboyanos's Leopoldo Valery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Décio Torres in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Décio Torres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leopoldo Valery was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. During the 91st minute of the match Hernan Policarpio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Hernan Policarpio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Hernan Policarpio kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Felice Fini's late challenge caught a Los Camboyanos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felice Fini helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Los Angeles Galaxy's Felice Fini got a free kick in the 94th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Los Camboyanos's goal looked a bit too open when Décio Torres came free, but Leopoldo Valery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
