If Froilan Cresconio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Froilan Cresconio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Dolores booed when Monroe AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Duardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute Froilan Cresconio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Celipe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Monroe AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Dolcet to maneuver through the defense. Isaias Celipe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Cresconio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Monroe AFC defense, Ciriaco Derwin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isaias Celipe. The Monroe AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isaias Celipe should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Monroe AFC's Matias Dolcet got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Froilan Cresconio took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaias Celipe. Isaias Celipe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. A collision led to Monroe AFC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Danilo Bartoli hit a great ball. Norberto Ciceron succeeded in the game's 37th minute to get real power on a long shot . Monroe AFC's Isaias Celipe hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-3! After the first half Dolores were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Serafin Su made a kick off. The supporters of Monroe AFC booed when Dolores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Cloyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Dolores's zone, Dante Escobar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aaron Elodio came out of the goal and Dante Escobar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Isaias Celipe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ciriaco Derwin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Isaias Celipe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Monroe AFC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Honorato Duardo hit a great ball. Froilan Cresconio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dolores's Ciriaco Derwin got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot by Benigno Gomez from long distance, 74 minutes into the match, got Isaias Celipe's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ciriaco Derwin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Monroe AFC's Honorato Duardo got a free kick in the 80th minute. The supporters of Dolores booed when Monroe AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Dolcet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Froilan Cresconio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Isaias Celipe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Dolores left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Monroe AFC.
