Lapataia's Roman Pacifico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Lapataia from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Arroyito AFC defense, Americo Mel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramon Vidal. The Arroyito AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramon Vidal should have stopped the shot. After having played for 76 minutes, Raimundo Burni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Arroyito AFC had won after a very even match.
