With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacinto Alvarez in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esteban Banegas saved Mayonesa Casera Fubalclu from getting behind. In the 30th match minute, Mostoles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Iztal to maneuver through the defense. If Fausto Iturri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Arlo's late challenge caught a Mayonesa Casera Fubalclu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Arlo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd match minute, Mostoles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Arlo to maneuver through the defense. Esteban Banegas made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Fausto Iturri sent off a good shot on target. Angelino Guilabertus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Banegas having to interfere. When Fausto Iturri came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Mostoles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Iturri couldn't finish the play. If Fausto Iturri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Mostoles were the better team. Mostoles's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
