After having played for 20 minutes, Elias Guilabertus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Duques Fútbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elias Guilabertus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Amancio Enol as he didn't even see the shot coming. The Pique FC fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Pique FC's Casimiro Osoro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 39 minutes, Casimiro Osoro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pique FC and the Duques Fútbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Casimiro Osoro hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Casimiro Osoro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Amancio Enol when he managed to save the team from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

After 79 played minutes Duques Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Tercero. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casimiro Osoro in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amancio Enol saved Duques Fútbol Club from getting behind. Pique FC's Maximino Elazar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Pique FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Casimiro Osoro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amancio Enol was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Duques Fútbol Club's Elias Guilabertus shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 97th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Maximino Elazar but with some difficulty. Duques Fútbol Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
