Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dionisio Rubio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Dionisio Rubio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Justo Venerando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 4 minutes, Siro Birila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luis Beltran FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siro Birila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 5th match minute, WanHeda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Arias to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolfo Orain got free with Benedicto Ekialde in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12th minute of the match Luis Beltran FC got a corner. WanHeda's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Melchor Viviano ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 16thth minute of the game Siro Birila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but WanHeda's Justo Venerando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Adolfo Orain could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Benedicto Ekialde however easily saved by the left post. 27 minutes into the match, Luis Beltran FC's goalkeeper Benedicto Ekialde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Freddy Vedillo. If Dionisio Rubio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedicto Ekialde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Ekain, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Arias in the 40th minute of play forced Luis Beltran FC's goalkeeper Benedicto Ekialde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Omar Ekain took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Benedicto Ekialde to make any attempt to save it. Benedicto Ekialde made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Edgard Arias sent off a good shot on target. 47 minutes into the match, Luis Beltran FC's goalkeeper Benedicto Ekialde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Freddy Vedillo. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddy Vedillo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Adolfo Orain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Ekialde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Siro Birila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luis Beltran FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Siro Birila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justo Venerando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 62 minutes into the game, Adolfo Orain cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Benedicto Ekialde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Freddy Vedillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedicto Ekialde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Orain in the 68th minute of play. Benedicto Ekialde came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by WanHeda's Edgard Arias. But to his dismay, Edgard Arias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 82 minutes into the match, Omar Ekain had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benedicto Ekialde. Luis Beltran FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Omar Ekain was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Benedicto Ekialde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Ekain in the 86th minute of play. The WanHeda fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when WanHeda's Edgard Arias looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Benedicto Ekialde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Omar Ekain managed to get in a good position for a shot. WanHeda's supporters rose to their feet, but Omar Ekain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedicto Ekialde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 95 played minutes Luis Beltran FC got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Sabino. WanHeda walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
