If Benigno Orlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18thth minute of the game Dawid Gdaniec who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but los guachines's Remigio Orixe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Remigio Orixe stood somewhat misplaced when Dawid Gdaniec came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 23 minute. 30 minutes into the match, los guachines's goal looked a bit too open when Dawid Gdaniec came free, but Remigio Orixe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35thth minute of the game Dawid Gdaniec who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but los guachines's Remigio Orixe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dawid Gdaniec who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Remigio Orixe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in los guachines's zone, Alfredo Ignado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remigio Orixe came out of the goal and Alfredo Ignado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dawid Gdaniec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Orixe having to interfere. Alfredo Ignado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 52 minutes of play, Palmares Futbol Club's Felix Mitxel made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remigio Orixe was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Dawid Gdaniec's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Remigio Orixe was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Cristian Bela charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Palmares Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Dawid Gdaniec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remigio Orixe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Alfredo Ignado came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Palmares Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Ignado couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Orlo in the 77th minute of play forced los guachines's goalkeeper Remigio Orixe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Palmares Futbol Club's Dawid Gdaniec nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Remigio Orixe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Palmares Futbol Club's Dawid Gdaniec got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Delmiro Gasteiz charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delmiro Gasteiz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to los guachines getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Delmiro Gasteiz hit a great ball. Cristian Bela hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Benigno Orlo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmares Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Benigno Orlo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remigio Orixe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that Palmares Futbol Club were the better team. Palmares Futbol Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
