In the 38th minute, Aquitania A.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Orlando Elodio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Galactic's Felix Viklund got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felix Viklund was the one to do the kick off. Modesto Natal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orlando Elodio went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Galactic's Andres Illart got control of the ball when Ceferino Erruki tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 66th minute, Rogelio Mede hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orlando Elodio struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Modesto Natal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galactic. When Amancio Serafo fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aquitania A.C.'s protests and gave Amancio Serafo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Galactic booed when Aquitania A.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Serafo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orlando Elodio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Natal having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Viklund in the 83rd minute of play forced Aquitania A.C.'s goalkeeper Modesto Natal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Ceferino Erruki made a precise shot to the right of Andres Illart. Galactic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. After having played for 96 minutes, Felix Viklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galactic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Viklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Galactic fully deserved thier win.
