The referee showed Santiago Gaur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st minute, Guillermo Brais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fulgencio Ted stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fulgencio Ted received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Antonio Sotil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Eustaquio Cai came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Divisadero FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustaquio Cai couldn't finish the play.
