Spectators: 7232 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Deportivo Portugues's Svante Beck started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th minute Esteban Oskarbi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Matei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Garuhapé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Erramu to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the game, Constantino Iigo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Garuhapé's Luciano Roldan quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 21 minutes into the match, Deportivo Portugues's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Erramu came free, but Axel Hägert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Esteban Oskarbi came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Deportivo Portugues fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteban Oskarbi couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the match, Svante Beck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramon Matei. Garuhapé's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Svante Beck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Rosendo Ruy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Axel Hägert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Anacleto Madaleno in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Garuhapé's Cleto Pedroso. The audience thought a goal was coming when Svante Beck got free with Ramon Matei in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd minute, Svante Beck reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ramon Matei. The goal made the score 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ramon Matei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Barea, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute Zacarias Guzman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Matei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Svante Beck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosendo Ruy kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Svante Beck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Portugues's supporters crossed their fingers, but Svante Beck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Svante Beck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ramon Matei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Svante Beck in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramon Matei saved Garuhapé from getting behind. In the 70th minute Anacleto Madaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Matei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramon Matei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Oskarbi in the 75th minute of play. Garuhapé's Ramon Matei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Beck in the 77th minute of play. In the 79thth minute of the game Svante Beck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garuhapé's Ramon Matei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ramon Matei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Madaleno in the 86th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Esteban Oskarbi in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramon Matei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 91 minutes into the match, Garuhapé's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Oskarbi came free, but Ramon Matei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramon Matei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Oskarbi in the 93rd minute of the match.
