Atahona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Tirso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 13th minute by Ceferino Urbes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ceferino Urbes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Harkaitz having to interfere. Ceferino Urbes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jimeno Harkaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Llamarada got a freekick which was hit by German Matai. A hard shot 26 in the game by Ceferino Urbes from a close distance when the talented Jimeno Harkaitz managed to make a qualified save. Atahona's players were relieved. When Leopoldo Jakobe fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atahona's protests and gave Leopoldo Jakobe a yellow card for diving instead. After 26 played minutes Atahona got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Jakobe. Jimeno Harkaitz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ceferino Urbes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. Llamarada's Ceferino Urbes got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Atahona's Elvio Henric got a free kick in the 34th minute. If Isidoro Tirso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Ceferino Urbes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Harkaitz having to interfere. Alberigo Piacentini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Basajaun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberigo Piacentini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Basajaun, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After having played for 64 minutes, Ceferino Urbes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Llamarada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ceferino Urbes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. German Matai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Llamarada booed when Atahona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Cordarrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ceferino Urbes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimeno Harkaitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. If Ceferino Urbes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75thth minute of the game Ceferino Urbes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atahona's Jimeno Harkaitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Llamarada's Ceferino Urbes got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Duarte's late challenge caught a Llamarada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Duarte helped the player get up and apologised. Jonathan Duarte hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Llamarada were the better team. Llamarada's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
