Nunez Mancio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Domingos Guipuzkoa went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Gösta Hedlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Mancio having to interfere. Boca Jrs's Gösta Hedlund got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nunez Mancio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingos Guipuzkoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Gösta Hedlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Nunez Mancio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domingos Guipuzkoa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nunez Mancio having to make a save. Gösta Hedlund scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nunez Mancio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the match, Gösta Hedlund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nunez Mancio. Indiol F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gösta Hedlund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Reynaldo Gonzo came free with the goalkeeper in the 22nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gustavo Araoz could save by the left post. Nunez Mancio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Hedlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute, Domingos Guipuzkoa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Domingos Guipuzkoa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nunez Mancio having to make a save. Domingos Guipuzkoa scored 0-4 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nunez Mancio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Felipe Celino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gustavo Araoz came out and tried to block the shot, but Felipe Celino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 43rd minute. Nunez Mancio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gösta Hedlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felipe Celino to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Boca Jrs's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Rameriz came free, but Gustavo Araoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Boca Jrs's Domingos Guipuzkoa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Paulino Rameriz might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustavo Araoz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulino Rameriz ran back to his position shaking his head. Gustavo Araoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Rameriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingos Guipuzkoa in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nunez Mancio saved Indiol F.C. from getting behind. If Domingos Guipuzkoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gösta Hedlund's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nunez Mancio firmly grabbed it by the left post. Teofilo Benino took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustavo Araoz. Gustavo Araoz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-6. After a rather tough play, Indiol F.C.'s Reynaldo Gonzo got a free kick in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Guipuzkoa in the 80th minute of play forced Indiol F.C.'s goalkeeper Nunez Mancio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Indiol F.C.'s zone, Gösta Hedlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nunez Mancio came out of the goal and Gösta Hedlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the match, Domingos Guipuzkoa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nunez Mancio, 2-7. Boca Jrs's Gösta Hedlund got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Domingos Guipuzkoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingos Guipuzkoa might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nunez Mancio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Domingos Guipuzkoa ran back to his position shaking his head. When the final whistle sounded Boca Jrs left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Indiol F.C..
