Mustafa Yzzet Taylan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Uriel Hustaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joaquin Carbone came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo AFC's Mustafa Yzzet Taylan. But to his dismay, Mustafa Yzzet Taylan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Emiliano Formerio might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Carbone. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Formerio ran back to his position shaking his head. Joaquin Carbone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Yzzet Taylan in the 26th minute of the match. Mustafa Yzzet Taylan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Carbone having to interfere. Joaquin Carbone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Yzzet Taylan in the 30th minute of play. After 46 played minutes Aldosivi got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Laurendi. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mustafa Yzzet Taylan in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Carbone saved Aldosivi from getting behind. After 60 played minutes Mustafa Yzzet Taylan rounded Aldosivi's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Mustafa Yzzet Taylan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Carbone having to make a save. Joaquin Carbone was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mustafa Yzzet Taylan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 67 minute of play. Mustafa Yzzet Taylan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Carbone having to interfere. Aldosivi's Joaquin Carbone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Yzzet Taylan in the 84th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Mustafa Yzzet Taylan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Joaquin Carbone, passed just outside the right post. The Aldosivi fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Palermo AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
