NORMAL ROSARINO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Eustacio Rayman scored to the left of an out of position Carolo Tonio, making the score, 1-0. Nistor Dobrinescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carolo Tonio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nistor Dobrinescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. real sociedad fc's Nistor Dobrinescu got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nistor Dobrinescu made a kick off. Ambrosio Mikelats hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Carolo Tonio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Genaro Errapel went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nistor Dobrinescu in the 65th minute of play forced NORMAL ROSARINO's goalkeeper Carolo Tonio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. real sociedad fc's Genaro Errapel got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 70 played minutes NORMAL ROSARINO got a freekick which was hit by Brock Titus. 76 minutes into the game, Nistor Dobrinescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Carolo Tonio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. real sociedad fc were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after NORMAL ROSARINO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line.
