The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lorenzo Evarado was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Yatasto AFC booed when CHICAGO FIRE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Bizen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 58 played minutes Yatasto AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Frutos. In the 63rd minute, Anastasio Aguirre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolando Aznaro in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastian Havier saved CHICAGO FIRE from getting behind. 66 minutes into the match, Marián Krivý had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sebastian Havier. CHICAGO FIRE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marián Krivý was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Lorenzo Evarado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Elorri having to make a save. In the 90th minute, CHICAGO FIRE's Mauro Ubarna seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mauro Ubarna the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of CHICAGO FIRE protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mauro Ubarna had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in CHICAGO FIRE fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Yatasto AFC a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Zacarias Uzuri, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CHICAGO FIRE's Sebastian Havier. 3-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Yatasto AFC had played much better football throughout.
