Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leszek Pozorski started the match with the kick off. Alberto Clemencin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leszek Pozorski, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Conrado Javiero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Alberto Clemencin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melchor Ekain made in the 5th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Eriberto Ibar immediately put the ball in play. 8 minutes into the game, Carmelo Maraman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Denis Sadurni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chorroaria AFC's goalkeeper Denis Sadurni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leszek Pozorski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Chorroaria AFC's zone, Carmelo Maraman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denis Sadurni came out of the goal and Carmelo Maraman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernardo Jesco's late challenge caught a Gimnasia y Tiro de Salta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardo Jesco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd minute, Conrado Javiero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alberto Clemencin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Carmelo Maraman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Clemencin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardo Jesco in the 44th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Gimnasia y Tiro de Salta's goal looked a bit too open when Leszek Pozorski came free, but Alberto Clemencin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 52nd match minute, Gimnasia y Tiro de Salta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmelo Maraman to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute, Conrado Javiero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alberto Clemencin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leszek Pozorski in the 60th minute of play forced Gimnasia y Tiro de Salta's goalkeeper Alberto Clemencin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Conrado Javiero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Alberto Clemencin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Leszek Pozorski sped through Gimnasia y Tiro de Salta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alberto Clemencin. Denis Sadurni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Maraman, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Chorroaria AFC's Primitivo Hulberto quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Rogelio Mino, made in the 72nd minute of the game. Chorroaria AFC's Denis Sadurni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Maraman in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Leszek Pozorski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alberto Clemencin was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. The audience was convinced that Carmelo Maraman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denis Sadurni was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Conrado Javiero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberto Clemencin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Demesio, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Leszek Pozorski took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alberto Clemencin. Alberto Clemencin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Chorroaria AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
