Gimnasia y Tiro de Salta's supporters rose to their feet, but Carmelo Maraman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 94th minute, Carmelo Maraman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Gimnasia y Tiro de Salta players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Naranjo from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
