Spectators: 7212 (Terracing: 5410, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Evaristo Hegoi started the match with the kick off. Godofredo Diaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lino Satordi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Raimundo Elequemedo hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, RIO TALA's Domingos Gartzen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Gartzen in the 16th minute of play forced Luffy FC's goalkeeper Lino Satordi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Bonifaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Nicasio Bento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Luffy FC booed when RIO TALA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Elequemedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Evaristo Hegoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Bonifaco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgardo Cayo having to make a save. A collision led to RIO TALA getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Raimundo Elequemedo hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Damian Marino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lino Satordi. The goal made the score 2-0. After 40 minutes of play, RIO TALA's Eliseo Garaona made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lino Satordi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lino Satordi made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Damian Marino sent off a good shot on target. Lino Satordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingos Gartzen in the 45th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Damian Marino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Godofredo Diaz made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Luffy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Diaz came free, but Lino Satordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Godofredo Diaz in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lino Satordi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Evaristo Hegoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luffy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Evaristo Hegoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgardo Cayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Eliseo Garaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Satordi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingos Gartzen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Godofredo Diaz notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Luffy FC's Lino Satordi. Lino Satordi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 72 minutes, Godofredo Diaz made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Luffy FC's Lino Satordi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lino Satordi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Gartzen in the 76th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Luffy FC's Joaquin Bonifaco got a free kick in the 86th minute. After some careless play in the Luffy FC defense, Eliseo Garaona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lino Satordi. The Luffy FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lino Satordi should have stopped the shot. In the 95th match minute, RIO TALA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Garcia to maneuver through the defense. When the match had been going on for 95 minutes Melchor Romero shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Edgardo Cayo when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. RIO TALA fully deserved thier win.
