Atlético de Rafaela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elvio Eztebe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcelino Honrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Esquipula in the 12th minute of play. Leandro Gaspard's late challenge caught a Fuentes FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leandro Gaspard helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th minute, Leandro Gaspard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelino Honrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvio Eztebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Viviano in the 32nd minute of play forced Fuentes FC's goalkeeper Marcelino Honrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Fuentes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Celipe came free, but Marcelino Honrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Fuentes FC's goal looked a bit too open when David Viviano came free, but Marcelino Honrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fuentes FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Viviano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. With a little luck, Fuentes FC's Marcelino Honrio got control of the ball when Aquilino Esquipula tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fuentes FC's Marcelino Honrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Eztebe in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Bernardino Fraco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Jon was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Fuentes FC made a substitution. Eduardo Gervaso replaced Gaston Selmo. 78 minutes into the match, Fuentes FC's goalkeeper Marcelino Honrio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Viviano. With an all-out effort, Atlético de Rafaela's Marcelino Honrio threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Elvio Eztebe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marcelino Honrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Esquipula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelino Honrio was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Elvio Eztebe capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Elvio Eztebe really showed his touch with that goal: 3-4. The Fuentes FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlético de Rafaela were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
