Spectators: 7185 (Terracing: 5391, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Natalio Hodei got the match started through his kick off. Fausto Jordy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Roberto Trotta made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Arnoldo Cayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pericotes's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnoldo Cayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto Trotta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pericotes's Fausto Jordy got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fausto Jordy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Roberto Trotta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Costante in the 18th minute of play forced Pericotes's goalkeeper Casimiro Fernanco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Pericotes fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Pericotes's Fausto Jordy looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 26 minutes into the game, Pericotes's Fausto Jordy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roberto Trotta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Gaston Eutropio's late challenge caught a Pericotes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaston Eutropio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Gaston Eutropio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Pericotes's Fausto Jordy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Roberto Trotta. That made the score 3-0 after 31 minutes of play. With his leg Roberto Trotta managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Pericotes's Fausto Jordy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Quinn Weir's late challenge caught a Cieneguita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Quinn Weir helped the player get up and apologised. Quinn Weir hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Arturo Costante made a precise shot to the right of Casimiro Fernanco. Pericotes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Fausto Jordy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roberto Trotta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnoldo Cayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fausto Jordy was the one to do the kick off. Roberto Trotta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Favila in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoldo Cayo in the 53rd minute of play forced Cieneguita's goalkeeper Roberto Trotta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54th play minutes Fausto Jordy shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Roberto Trotta and just under the crossbar into goal. Santiago Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Fausto Jordy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Roberto Trotta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rainar Padborg took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roberto Trotta. Roberto Trotta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 65 minutes into the match, Flavio Favila notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Cieneguita's Roberto Trotta. Roberto Trotta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute Fausto Jordy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Trotta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roberto Trotta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Cayo in the 75th minute of the match. The Pericotes fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Pericotes's Fausto Jordy looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The supporters of Cieneguita booed when Pericotes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quinn Weir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roberto Trotta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Cayo in the 85th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Natalio Hodei kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Casimiro Fernanco. That made the score 7-2 in the 86 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Darien in the 91st minute of play forced Pericotes's goalkeeper Casimiro Fernanco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lisandro Darien received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Casimiro Fernanco came out and tried to block the shot, but Lisandro Darien slotted it home off the left post making it 7-3 in the 91st minute. Natalio Hodei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Fernanco having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Casimiro Fernanco successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
