Israel Garoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Basavilbaso. Jeremias Azeari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adan Rubio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reynaldo Aznar got free with Israel Garoa in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodrigo Iigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 43 minutes into the match, Cipolletti's goalkeeper Israel Garoa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reynaldo Aznar. Cipolletti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Basavilbaso the free kick. Reynaldo Aznar scored 5-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Israel Garoa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Cipolletti's Vladimiro Tiniebra got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Israel Garoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reynaldo Aznar's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. If Rodrigo Iigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
