Gregorio Ado's late challenge caught a Urizar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gregorio Ado helped the player get up and apologised. Gregorio Ado kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Hernan Gil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the game, Crucecita's Teodoro Borges nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodrigo Pagomari made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Leonardo Onbera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Rodrigo Pagomari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 minutes, Oscar Ranolfo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Urizar and the Crucecita players grew even worse after the yellow card. Urizar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Borges was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Hernan Gil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 林超夕 having to make a save. 35 minutes into the game, Zeledon Olayo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Urizar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crucecita the free kick. In the 37th minute, Leonel Buinton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rodrigo Pagomari was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Crucecita's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Hernan Gil scored to the left of an out of position 林超夕, making the score, 1-3. An unexpected shot in the 47th minute by Mateo Elivareo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After the first half Crucecita were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonel Buinton was the one to do the kick off. 林超夕 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hernan Gil's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. In the 57th match minute, Crucecita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Onbera to maneuver through the defense. 林超夕 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Gil in the 60th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Urizar's Hernan Gil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 林超夕 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. With a little luck, Urizar's Rodrigo Pagomari got control of the ball when Teodoro Borges tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Borges got free with Rodrigo Pagomari in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Godofredo Urtun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 林超夕 having to make a save. When Siro Jaunti fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Urizar's protests and gave Siro Jaunti a yellow card for diving instead. Leonardo Onbera's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Rodrigo Pagomari skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rodrigo Pagomari dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. 林超夕 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Urtun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Pagomari made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Teodoro Borges sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Crucecita booed when Urizar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Ranolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Teodoro Borges came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Crucecita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Borges couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Crucecita eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
