Spectators: 6640 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1640, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hugo Frisco got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Haimar in the 8th minute of play forced Malagueño's goalkeeper Nestor Lucila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 9 minutes, Hugo Frisco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malagueño's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Frisco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mallín FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bonifacio Ariando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Bonifacio Ariando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Amadeo Bartolome hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the match, Malagueño's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Haimar came free, but Nestor Lucila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Malagueño's goalkeeper Nestor Lucila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bonifacio Ariando. Bonifacio Ariando was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Nestor Lucila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Haimar, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Gaspar Haimar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Lucila having to interfere. Tadeo Aguilera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Frisco in the 60th minute of play. Tadeo Aguilera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Camilo Turi in the 61st minute. 70 minutes into the game, Hugo Frisco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tadeo Aguilera. Hugo Frisco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Gaspar Haimar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Nestor Lucila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 77 minutes, Cirilo Cerilo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malagueño and the Mallín FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cirilo Cerilo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Ramiro Gasteiz didn't quite understand what happened when in the 78 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Malagueño eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
