Martin Benitez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Arnaldo Olayo made a huge save. Jonatan Fero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Cordero having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adriana Luzaide in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gavino Cordero saved Los Pibes from getting behind. Jonatan Fero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Gavino Cordero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Los Pibes's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Fero came free, but Gavino Cordero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Adriana Luzaide made a precise shot to the right of Gavino Cordero. Los Pibes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Jonatan Fero succeeded in the game's 39th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Gavino Cordero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. In the 60th minute, Jonatan Fero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Norberto Remir's late challenge caught a Carrera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonatan Fero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adriana Luzaide got free with Gavino Cordero in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Los Pibes fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Carrera were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
