Spectators: 6638 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ramon Videl got the match started through his kick off. Ramon Videl struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Gavino Cordero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuchilla FC. After a defensive mix-up in Los Pibes's zone, Ramon Videl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Cordero came out of the goal and Ramon Videl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 6 played minutes Cuchilla FC got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Iyan. After 7 played minutes, Los Pibes's Melchor Bastian shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lander Valcarcel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Pibes reached it. With 10 minutes on the clock, Ambrosio Ibar commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cuchilla FC! Florentino Oihan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Lander Valcarcel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Benitez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lander Valcarcel having to interfere. Arnaldo Orti made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cuchilla FC's Israel Izel. Israel Izel might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gavino Cordero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Israel Izel ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Los Pibes's Arnaldo Orti got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Rosendo Florin hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Ramon Videl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gavino Cordero having to make a save. Ramon Videl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Israel Izel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramon Videl got free with Gavino Cordero in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lander Valcarcel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Florin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Cuchilla FC booed when Los Pibes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Teofilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Gavino Cordero successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Pibes's goalkeeper Gavino Cordero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florentino Oihan to make the kick off. Florentino Oihan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lander Valcarcel having to interfere. Cuchilla FC's Lander Valcarcel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Teofilio in the 58th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Benito Firmin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuchilla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benito Firmin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gavino Cordero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Ramon Videl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gavino Cordero was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Florentino Oihan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lander Valcarcel. That made the score 1-2 in the 65 minute of play. In the 69th minute Ramon Videl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Cordero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Teofilio during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 72 played minutes Los Pibes got a freekick which was hit by Armando Teofilio. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Ramon Videl sped through Los Pibes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gavino Cordero. Ramon Videl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavino Cordero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. If Israel Izel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Cuchilla FC's Ramon Videl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gavino Cordero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Israel Izel struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Gavino Cordero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuchilla FC. If Ramon Videl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Teofilio hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
