But to his dismay, Edgardo Gabon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 46th minute, Apolo Gumaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Mariano Abaunza made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Natalia Natalia's Niceto Rainerio got control of the ball when Apolo Gumaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amado Luken came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Natalia Natalia's Ambrosio Sustrai. In the 63rd minute, Akyra AFC's Edgardo Gabon ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Niceto Rainerio. Niceto Rainerio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambrosio Sustrai in the 66th minute of play forced Akyra AFC's goalkeeper Amado Luken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Akyra AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
