The supporters of Chiclana booed when Moquehuá AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Sayvion didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Moquehuá AFC's Fermin Salomon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roman Astudillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Roman Astudillo made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Gregorio Sayvion sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Dimas in the 12th minute of play forced Chiclana's goalkeeper Roman Astudillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeronimo Clis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Clis notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Moquehuá AFC's Vinicio Mitxaut. Vinicio Mitxaut was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Chiclana's Victoriano Urki got a free kick in the 28th minute. Evelio Vellito, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Jeronimo Clis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Godfredo Savier hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evelio Vellito got free with Roman Astudillo in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Dimas in the 44th minute of play forced Chiclana's goalkeeper Roman Astudillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Godfredo Savier hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeronimo Clis was the one to do the kick off. Jacinto Cesario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Vinicio Mitxaut made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Luar in the 56th minute of play forced Moquehuá AFC's goalkeeper Vinicio Mitxaut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Clemencin hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Leopoldo Mateo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lorenzo Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Astudillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Koldo in the 69th minute of play. Roman Astudillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Dimas in the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Chiclana's Victoriano Urki seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Victoriano Urki the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Chiclana protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Victoriano Urki had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chiclana! The referee gave Moquehuá AFC a penalty, 75 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Evelio Vellito, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chiclana's Roman Astudillo. 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Chiclana's zone, Florencio Koldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Astudillo came out of the goal and Florencio Koldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute, Lorenzo Dimas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moquehuá AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 84 minutes into the match, Fermin Salomon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Astudillo. Chiclana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fermin Salomon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Moquehuá AFC's Vinicio Mitxaut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Luar in the 89th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Fermin Salomon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman Astudillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Mateo in the 98th minute of the match. When Jacinto Cesario came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Chiclana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Cesario couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Moquehuá AFC had won after a very even match.
