The referee ignored Fulton AFC's protests and gave Oscar Llope a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Oscar Llope hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Tigre's Tugrul Barikhan got a free kick in the 10th minute. Tugrul Barikhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Bikendi having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Gilberto Bautista notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Fulton AFC's Andres Bikendi. Andres Bikendi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tigre's Augusto Oliverio got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th match minute, Fulton AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Camerino to maneuver through the defense. Fulton AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tugrul Barikhan 31 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oscar Llope stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eustaquio Mede hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Tiburcio Norino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tigre fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Tugrul Barikhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tugrul Barikhan scored 6-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andres Bikendi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonel Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tugrul Barikhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Bikendi having to interfere. Leonel Alfonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Andres Bikendi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Augusto Oliverio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andres Bikendi. Fulton AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Oliverio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. The Tigre fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Tigre's Tugrul Barikhan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tugrul Barikhan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andres Bikendi having to make a save. 96 minutes into the match, Tugrul Barikhan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andres Bikendi. Fulton AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tugrul Barikhan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0.
