Cristobal Neron was left in no man's land by his defense there! Xavier Aspurua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Neron having to interfere. Xavier Aspurua could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Cristobal Neron made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Inácio Vieira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristobal Neron was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. 25 minutes into the game, Inácio Vieira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Cristobal Neron was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Inácio Vieira kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 30thth minute. In the 31stth minute of the game Xavier Aspurua who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boca Juniors's Cristobal Neron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Inácio Vieira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristobal Neron. That made the score 4-0 in the 37 minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Inácio Vieira could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Cristobal Neron however easily saved by the left post. Boca Juniors's Cristobal Neron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Boca Juniors from getting a goal against them. Cristobal Neron came out of the goal and Inácio Vieira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Xavier Aspurua put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cristobal Neron. Xavier Aspurua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Neron having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Ariel Nazario got a free kick in the 94th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Xavier Aspurua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quilmes AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Xavier Aspurua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristobal Neron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that Quilmes AC were the better team. Quilmes AC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
