Spectators: 7088 (Terracing: 5317, Seating: 1630, VIP seats: 141) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Prudencio Kaiet took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Prudencio Kaiet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute Faustino Basualdo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven Ahlkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Faustino Basualdo in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sven Ahlkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Prudencio Kaiet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Faustino Basualdo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sven Ahlkvist. The goal made the score 1-0. Vicente Goren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Abelardo Elivareo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Faustino Basualdo was the one to do the kick off. Abelardo Cordarell took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven Ahlkvist. Sven Ahlkvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Feliciano Kepa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Iturraspe AFC's Abelardo Cordarell in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Polvaredas's goalie prevented a goal. 70 minutes into the match, Polvaredas's Prudencio Kaiet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abelardo Elivareo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 71 played minutes Iturraspe AFC got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Cordarell. Vicente Goren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Prudencio Kaiet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Abelardo Elivareo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 84 minutes of play, Polvaredas's Vicente Goren made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abelardo Elivareo was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Kaiet in the 88th minute of play forced Iturraspe AFC's goalkeeper Abelardo Elivareo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prudencio Kaiet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Abelardo Elivareo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Goren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abelardo Elivareo having to make a save. Abelardo Cordarell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Ahlkvist having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Polvaredas's Genaro Urre got a free kick in the 97th minute. Many of Polvaredas's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Polvaredas may have spent more time on the ball, but Iturraspe AFC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
