Spectators: 5500 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Faustino Basualdo made the kick off which started today's match. After 3rd play minutes Abelardo Cordarell shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Serafino Txordon and just under the crossbar into goal. Malota FC's Serafino Txordon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Cordarell in the 8th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Anier Iztal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Faustino Basualdo fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Iturraspe AFC's protests and gave Faustino Basualdo a yellow card for diving instead. Faustino Basualdo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Serafino Txordon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Cordarell in the 21st minute of play forced Malota FC's goalkeeper Serafino Txordon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Iturraspe AFC's Abelardo Cordarell in 24 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Serafino Txordon guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After 32 played minutes Iturraspe AFC got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Endura. The crowd rose to their feet as Celso Arias kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Abelardo Elivareo. That made the score 1-1 in the 33 minute of play. Celso Arias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ceferino Havier kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. When Delmiro Karlo came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Malota FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmiro Karlo couldn't finish the play. If Celso Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clemente Elizardo made a kick off. Abelardo Cordarell came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Serafino Txordon could save by the left post. With a little luck, Malota FC's Serafino Txordon got control of the ball when Abelardo Cordarell tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Faustino Basualdo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute of the match, Abelardo Cordarell got a very nice opportunity to score, but Serafino Txordon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Celso Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abelardo Elivareo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clemente Elizardo's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. After 78 minutes, Clemente Elizardo made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Iturraspe AFC's Abelardo Elivareo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 82 minutes, Abelardo Cordarell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iturraspe AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abelardo Cordarell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Clemente Elizardo struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Abelardo Elivareo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malota FC. After some careless play in the Iturraspe AFC defense, Celso Arias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abelardo Elivareo. The Iturraspe AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abelardo Elivareo should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the game, Ambrosio Primeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Malota FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Iturraspe AFC the free kick. After 94 played minutes Malota FC got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Primeiro. Malota FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
