The C.A Alvarado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Tomasz Prus managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A Alvarado's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomasz Prus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aureliano Baldovino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the match, Orlando Guifre had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aureliano Baldovino. Club Deportivo Alvarez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Guifre was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomasz Prus in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aureliano Baldovino saved Club Deportivo Alvarez from getting behind. If Tomasz Prus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the game, Jairo Arixo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aureliano Baldovino. Jairo Arixo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. A collision led to C.A Alvarado getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Teodoro Cordeara hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Alvarez's Ladislao Azeari got a free kick in the 31st minute. 35 minutes into the match, Orlando Guifre had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aureliano Baldovino. Club Deportivo Alvarez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Guifre was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 41 minutes into the game, Club Deportivo Alvarez's Vicente Ourente nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silverio Sandaili made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 45th minute, Tomasz Prus fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Aureliano Baldovino, passed just outside the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Thanks to some nice moves Feliciano Ostots could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Silverio Sandaili however easily saved by the left post. Tomasz Prus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomasz Prus kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. A collision led to Club Deportivo Alvarez getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Angelo Rutenio hit a great ball. Tomasz Prus struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Aureliano Baldovino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A Alvarado. 69 minutes into the match, Orlando Guifre notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Club Deportivo Alvarez's Aureliano Baldovino. Aureliano Baldovino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 75 played minutes Club Deportivo Alvarez got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Rutenio. After a defensive mix-up in Club Deportivo Alvarez's zone, Orlando Guifre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aureliano Baldovino came out of the goal and Orlando Guifre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
