Nío's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave New equipment the free kick. 6 minutes into the game, one of Nío:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sergio Dimo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Laurgain having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Isidro Salvadore managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nío's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidro Salvadore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquiles Chale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Cleto Garoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergio Dimo might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Laurgain. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sergio Dimo ran back to his position shaking his head. New equipment's Cleto Garoa got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teodosio Abechuco's late challenge caught a New equipment's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodosio Abechuco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd minute, Teodosio Abechuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. New equipment's Conrado Basajaun got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Laurgain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Dimo in the 27th minute of the match. If Teodosio Abechuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidro Salvadore took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aquiles Chale. Aquiles Chale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 45th minute Cleto Garoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Laurgain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Lazcano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Sergio Dimo made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in New equipment's zone, Nicanor Guilabertus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquiles Chale came out of the goal and Nicanor Guilabertus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Laurgain made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Cleto Garoa sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Laurgain was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sergio Dimo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 61 minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Sergio Dimo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Daniel Laurgain. Sergio Dimo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. An unexpected shot in the 71st minute by Cleto Garoa got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Cleto Garoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleto Garoa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 77th playminute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cleto Garoa got free with Daniel Laurgain in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Nío getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Isidro Salvadore hit a great ball. Sergio Dimo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Teodosio Abechuco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of New equipment booed when Nío was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Stan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nío's Teodosio Abechuco got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Nío lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
