If Guillermo Jaume had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Urki in the 5th minute of the match. Urbano Refugio hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 9 minutes into the game, when Albert Alkema put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Negro Olmedo FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Adrian Shepherd, was totally fooled by The Brazzers's Virgil Van Dijck, who 10 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Guillermo Jaume had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 21st minute, Enrique Cristos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luisito Cilio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, Negro Olmedo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Urki came free, but Adrian Shepherd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Negro Olmedo FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Niceto Silban hit a great ball. Eliseo Urki received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adrian Shepherd came out and tried to block the shot, but Eliseo Urki slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 37th minute. In the 41st minute of the match, Eliseo Urki tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Adrian Shepherd saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Adrian Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Urki in the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Negro Olmedo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Lapurdi came free, but Adrian Shepherd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Urbano Refugio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guillermo Jaume recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guillermo Jaume to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Lapurdi in the 56th minute of play forced Negro Olmedo FC's goalkeeper Adrian Shepherd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gustavo Domeka fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Brazzers's protests and gave Gustavo Domeka a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, The Brazzers's Gustavo Domeka got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Guillermo Jaume who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Luisito Cilio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 65 minutes into the match, Negro Olmedo FC's Guillermo Jaume sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luisito Cilio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enrique Cristos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Luisito Cilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Enrique Cristos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adrian Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Gonzo in the 71st minute of the match. Adrian Shepherd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Lapurdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute Anibal Gonzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
