Ratatouille's German Jaunzuria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Txartiko in the 12th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, C.A. Nueva Chicago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimeno Veronica to maneuver through the defense. Albertinho Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Savas Kanonidis having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Anier Isias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Savas Kanonidis was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. German Jaunzuria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Chayo in the 27th minute of play. Cecilio Mero charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cecilio Mero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of C.A. Nueva Chicago booed when Ratatouille was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cecilio Mero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimeno Veronica's late challenge caught a Ratatouille's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimeno Veronica helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ratatouille booed when C.A. Nueva Chicago was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Veronica didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Anier Isias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ratatouille's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anier Isias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. German Jaunzuria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Veronica in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Ratatouille were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

German Jaunzuria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Veronica in the 69th minute of play. The nice shot from Albertinho Barbosa in the 71stth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Savas Kanonidis had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Albertinho Barbosa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Savas Kanonidis made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elias Mogel in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg German Jaunzuria saved Ratatouille from getting behind. Jimeno Veronica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd match minute, Ratatouille was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecilio Mero to maneuver through the defense. German Jaunzuria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimeno Veronica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, C.A. Nueva Chicago's Savas Kanonidis got control of the ball when Albertinho Barbosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91stth minute of the game Anier Isias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. Nueva Chicago's Savas Kanonidis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Savas Kanonidis didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 96th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3.
