The referee ignored Covunco's protests and gave Vinicio Xabier a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Covunco getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Vinicio Xabier hit a great ball. Domingo Furman charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domingo Furman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Covunco's Domingo Furman got a free kick in the 25th minute. Bruno Taurino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robustiano Ceandro's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. After 91 minutes, Robustiano Ceandro made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Covunco's Bruno Taurino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Covunco booed when los rompe huesos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Ceandro didn't get a good kick on the ball.
